Core qualification plus role pathways

A tiered museum qualification built around explicit objectives, concise instruction, realistic decisions, consequences, After Action Review and demonstrated competency. The core is designed for all museum personnel; optional role pathways add depth without overloading volunteers or smaller institutions.

1. Use AI well

Learners begin with practical museum productivity, not fear.

2. Verify evidence

Critical thinking, provenance and source verification protect the historical record.

3. Involve the right person

Human Review and Decision Authority translates Distributed Human-in-the-Loop (DHITL) into a usable museum workflow.

4. Decide under consequence

Museum scenarios cover culture, attribution, valuation, public communication and contested history.

5. Learn through After Action Review

Every applied decision receives consequence-based feedback and remediation.

6. Demonstrate competency

The Road Test integrates the disciplines; optional pathways add role-specific depth.

Flexible assurance: smaller and volunteer-led museums may use a standard certificate. Government, military and larger institutions can use the enhanced verifiable credential and evidence export. Future production editions can map completion to SCORM and performance events to xAPI/cmi5; this demo does not claim SCORM/xAPI certification.
